College Based Transition Programs

College Based Transition Services programs – often referred to as Concurrent Enrollment or Dual Enrollment – support students with ID (typically ages 18-22) who still receive services through IDEA from their local school systems, but partner with a local IHE to have students finish their transition services in college.
